Our refund and returns policy lasts for 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except under certain conditions.
Since the majority of our inventory consists of pre-owned and vintage items, we only accept returns if the item does not match the description, is defective, or has been damaged during transit. In these cases, we will be more than happy to accept the return.
- We do not cover return shipping costs. You are responsible for returning the item to us. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
- Please ensure that all returned items are in the same condition as when you received them and are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return process.
- You may use your local postal service or a courier of your choice to return the item to us with tracking.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service to ensure your return reaches us safely. We will not issue refunds for untracked returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Please note that the time it takes for us to receive your return depends on the shipping service you choose. Once we receive your return at our mailing address, we typically process your refund within 14 business days, after inspection.
- Returns are only accepted for orders paid via PayPal or Interac EMT. If your return is accepted, a refund will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been processed.
- At this time, returns cannot be processed for U.S. orders.
