• All American orders are shipped via USPS.
• Orders valued at $120 USD or less will ship without a required signature.
• Orders under $800 USD will not be charged any duty or import fees.

Delayed Shipments

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

1. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a door knocker sticker with pickup instructions.
• In the event that you did not receive a door knocker, a second delivery attempt is usually made the following business day.
• To avoid delays, we strongly recommend that you instruct your delivery courier in advance to hold your package at the nearest post office or warehouse for pickup at your convenience.
• Alternatively, you may request the courier driver to leave your package at your front door or at a safe drop location with your next-door neighbor.
• If you reside in an apartment building or condo, please instruct the courier to leave your package safely with security staff at the front lobby or mailroom.

2. Custom Clearance and Duty Fees

• If your order is subject to customs clearance procedures or additional fees, delivery may be delayed.
• Please check with the courier company for the latest updates on your shipment status.
