Same day delivery: orders should be confirmed by 2PM for same-day dispatch (subject to availability). Requests made after this time will automatically switch to the Scheduled Delivery alternative. This service is not accessible during peak shopping periods, such as Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, and other high volume shopping time.
Schedule delivery: with our Scheduled Delivery option, you can conveniently select your preferred day and time within 1-hour delivery windows. Please note that specific days and times are subject to availability.
How it works: Once you have completed checkout and we have received your order successfully, our support team will be able to send you a link via email to schedule your 1-hour delivery window (if applicable based on your address).
